General Terms and Conditions/ Registration Conditions
Due to the limited number of participants the registration period lasts until the 30th of May 2011.
Confirmation of Registration
All participants receive a confirmation of registration, an invoice and further information via mail, fax or e-mail no later than one week before the conference. If you don’t receive a confirmation we haven’t obtained your request and thus haven’t been able to register you yet.
Participation Fee and Confirmation of Participation
The participation fee has to be paid the latest two days before the beginning of the conference.
The fee includes conference information and documents, lunch and snacks. Only participants who attend the whole conference will receive a confirmation of participation. The participation is also required in order to receive all conference documents.
Accommodation has to be arranged individually. We gladly support you with organising an eco-friendly travel to and from the conference.
In case of conference cancellation (i.e. due to sudden hindrance of speakers) the fee will be fully reimbursed. In case of replacement of speakers by alternative experts, reimbursement can’t be claimed.
Cancellation of Participation
If you are not able to participate in the symposium, we have to invoice 80 % of the registration fee one week prior to the start of the event. Of course we do accept a replacement participant.
Storage of Personal Data
Through registration you agree with the storage of personal data in the customer database of "die umweltberatung". You will then receive sporadic information via e-mail (which can be canceled anytime). Further you confirm that also the federal branches of "die umweltberatung" store your personal data and transmit sporadic information via e-mail (which can be canceled anytime as well).
"die umweltberatung" can’t be held accountable for personal injury and material damage.
